9/11 National Day of Service and Remembrance was created to honor those who died in the September 11, 2001 tragedy.  As a remembrance Congress and the President call for people to “voluntarily support charitable causes, perform good deeds or engage in other service activities in observance of the anniversary of 9/11 each year” (http://911dayofservice.org/Mission/).  This year at Bradbury Mountain State Park we will be holding a Trails Day starting at 9 AM.  Work this year will focus on improving the conditions of Fox West.  This will include repairing existing trails, resolving water issues on trail, and pruning.  From 1 to 100, age does not matter we can find something for you to help with.  Please come out and support the Park.
